Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
By using PingOMatics at pingomatics.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service does
PingOMatics constructs search and listing URLs for a domain you enter, checks selected destinations for HTTP responses and displays links so you can manually review them. It is a diagnostic and discovery tool. It does not guarantee submission, crawling, indexing, rankings, backlinks or any particular SEO outcome.
Accuracy of results
HTTP statuses and automatic-check failures are only technical signals. A “Responded” result does not prove a backlink or a search listing exists. “Manual Check” means an automatic check did not verify a usable response; it does not establish that the third-party service is unavailable. Search results and third-party behavior can change without notice.
Fair and lawful use
Use PingOMatics only for domains and activities you are authorized to check. Do not attempt to evade rate limits, attack the service or other sites, access private systems, or use the results in unlawful ways. We may restrict access to protect the service and third parties.
Availability and limits
We may impose caps on the number and duration of requests, introduce cooldowns, or stop checks for performance and security reasons. The service may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time. There is no guaranteed uptime or uninterrupted availability.
Third-party links
Links may lead to independent websites. We do not operate those sites or control their content, availability, privacy practices or terms of use.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by applicable law, without a promise that every URL or result is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Contact and operator details
Before launch, insert the operator's legal identity and contact details here. Any required governing-law, jurisdiction or consumer disclosures should be reviewed for the operator's location and audience.
Changes
We may revise these terms. Changes will be reflected in the updated version of this page.
