Storage and retention
The application keeps active scan state in a server-side PHP session. The session cookie is a browser-session cookie, and scan state is intended for short-term use. Server-side session cleanup and web-server log retention are controlled by hosting settings; the operator should verify and publish the actual retention periods before launch.
Security
The application includes URL validation, session-based request protections and limits on automated checks. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
